Research assistant: Iris Weiser
Duration: 2017 - 2019
Collaboration partners: Forschungsinstitut tifs Tübingen
Research focus: Gesellschaft im Wandel (2014)
Brief description:
The research project is looking to find out which factors make it difficult for homeless people to access the health care system, and how opportunities for improvement can be realised. The project focuses primarily on the question of how to improve the contact between homeless people and the regular health care services. The research is being done in close collaboration with innovative practical work in Stuttgart.
Different situations in life and different problems have to be taken into account here: of women and men, with physical and mental illnesses, with and without a migrant background, different ages, of people in the diversity of their gender identity and sexual orientation.
