General Information
Learn to shape the future
Lead electrical engineering into the future. Even as a student you will be involved in the development of solar test fields and electric vehicles, for example, in the university laboratories. You will also become familiar with numerous other pioneering projects in which you can get to know some of the local industrial companies and establish contacts with possible future employers.
Your first teaching placement during your Bachelor programme combines learning and teaching and provides you with an insight into life as a college teacher. You can wait until you have obtained your degree to decide whether you would like to work in teaching or as an engineer.
Continuing education after the bachelor
Your Bachelor’s degree allows you to continue with a Master programme in either engineering or education. Would you like to use your specialist expertise to make advances in E-mobility? Or do you see yourself more as a committed teacher of academic subjects who trains the specialists of tomorrow? The Bachelor of Engineering Education: Electrical Engineering - Information Technology opens the door to both these careers.
The Bachelor of Science in Engineering Education not only provides you with excellent prospects in classical engineering fields, but also a wide variety of career options in advanced and further training.
Would you like to pass on your passion for engineering? Further information on training to teach at vocational colleges can be found at #LIEBERLEHRAMT.
