HE-Personal Support for Early Stage Researchers at Esslingen University of Applied Sciences

”Qualification and Development of Professorial Staff for Future-Oriented Topics at Esslingen University of Applied Sciences” is a BMBF project at Esslingen University and part of the “FH-Personal” funding programme supported by the German federal government and the states. As part of the project, the university has organised several different subject areas into clusters and research areas in which professors, PhD candidates and postdocs work together with the University of Applied Sciences, companies and other universities. The university is thus striving to develop the following areas:

• qualification of early stage researchers for future professorial appointments at the university
• key research areas which are important for the university and the region.
