National Research Networks Strong Links for Research Projects

As one of the largest universities of applied sciences in the federal state of Baden-Wuerttemberg, Esslingen University of Applied Sciences is not only well-connected in regional networks, but also nation-wide.

HAW BW e. V. (Universities of Applied Sciences Baden-Württemberg e. V.)

is a voluntary collaboration between 21 state-supported universities and 3 church-supported universities in Baden-Württemberg. The association represents the interests of its members and aims to strengthen science and research among other things at the member universities.

HfSW – Federation of Universities in South-western Germany

The HfSW comprises eight universities of applied sciences in Baden-Wuerttemberg, enabling them to pool their resources to improve teaching and research.

HAWtech - University-Alliance for Applied Sciences

This is an association of six universities in Germany that have a particularly strong focus on the MINT subjects (mathematics, informatics, natural sciences and technology). The aim is to improve their strengths in national and international comparisons through collaboration in specific fields.
