Mentoring and Coaching

CrossMentES is the mentoring programme offered by Esslingen University of Applied Sciences. It supports students as they transition from university to their desired professional field, for example, by putting them in touch with a mentor who is a manager and specialist in their field and can offer personal advice. It employs a suitably comprehensive matching process to ensure that each mentee who is interested in taking part is allocated a mentor from a company, association or organisation who matches their own career goals.

Use this opportunity to get answers to some frank questions and find out exactly what you want to know from people with professional experience, who will approach you with a completely open mind!

The next application period is expected to open in June.
